MicroMixer LEDue to the growing demand for higher quality images at the best price the MicroMixer has been redesigned making it more cost effective. The unit can house a maximum of three solutions per cabinet and operates using purpose designed electronics and software.
The easy to follow menu driven calibration routine guides you through the setup of the mixer, making it possible for the user to comission the machine. The unit is floor standing and is very compact so it can be installed in the tightest of spaces in less than 2 hours.

MiniMixer MM3There are many options to meet every need. Capacity of the mixers depends on the specification selected in the range of 20-40 litres per hour for each solution. Because mixing takes place in small batches, they are also suitable for much lower throughputs. For larger requirements Rockwell Hitec manufacture a range of high output mixers.

HV3 MixerTHE ROCKWELL HITEC HV3 CHEMICAL MIXER is a precision automatic chemical mixer for the laboratory which requires the highest possible standards of photographic processing. Compared with earlier models, the mixers incorporate a number of features which simplify operation and reduce the cost of ownership.
The mixers are by design “fail safe”. They will either operate correctly or, if that is not possible, will stop and give a warning. A cabinet houses up to 4 or 6 separate solution mixing units each of which mixes, or recycles small batches, typically 4.5 litres. The mixed or recycled replenisher solutions are pumped into storage tanks which provide a buffer stock. One mixer can supply several processors.
